Custom domain setup

You can use a subdomain of your company's domain for your knowledge base.
The setup process is very simple:

  1. At your domain's DNS provider, add a CNAME record for the subdomain you want to use pointing to d.sova.wiki.
    For example, if you're using kb as your subdomain, the CNAME record will look like this:

    kb IN CNAME d.sova.wiki.

  2. Open the knowledge base settings, fill in the custom domain you want to use and save changes:

  3. A SSL certificate for your subdomain will be issued automatically.
    If you see a certificate error on first open - just reload the page.
    We use Let's Encrypt, if your domain has a CAA record - you'll need to allow letsencrypt.org:
